I can't guarantee the ingredients I used were 100% dairy free and vegan, but you can when you buy the ingredients.
Time: 10-15 minutes
- 1 naan bread or base of choosing
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- sliced tomato, red onion, and eggplant
- Place pesto on the base and cover with toppings.
- Bake at 350 degrees until the edges are crispy and the toppings have cooked down.
